Once i did the picture i realized that I forget the electric cable and some elements turnable and some working tools: Here you can see the hinge black pieces that allows the excavator to change direction steering. Very very nice set. Well, not those, today’s lights are much more economical with energy. Every town needs proper lightning and effects!
LEGO Town Classic Construction Crew (6481)
Posted December 30, Thanks a lot for this great review! I have no instruction booklet either box, they were lost: Edited December 28, by Plate. Next we build the trailer: And…finished model, trees and road plate are not included ,ego the set.
Easy step construction, as i mentioned, i don’t have the original booklet, but i found the instructions here: Its an easy build with a little SNOT. The trailer has a lot of 6418 including a pneumatic hammer. You can put some of the tools on the top of the trailer.
Cool review on a classic set.
Both the excavator and the trailer have directional features steeringand both can turn. The front torso of the driver has a classic town worker print and the front of the worker as a nice speedway symbol on it. Sign In Sign Up. It like the lights and leo a lot. All parts are printed, no stickers hurrah!!
Backs are not printed. Do you hear TLG?! Not lights, just prisms.

As much as i enjoy realism, Sometimes I miss the classic and simple sets that just feel more Lego-ish to me. It’s funny to look back on how simple some of the old sets were. I played with this wonderful set in my own childhood too, I loved it then and 6418 still love it today! It would be nice to see those lights again in a lego city set! Wish 66481 had more modern sets with working lights. It has leggo light system, that can be combined, so you can take out the lights from the fences and put in the light bulbs.
If you have it, you know what I’m speaking of. Searching in the forum I realised that this set needed a review. By clicking in the link you can see not only the instructions, but the features of the 9V light system.
I don’t remember, but sure my parents paid it! Posted December 31, I had some problems with flickr,i’ll try to solve them.
The on-off feature works by pushing the grey piece on the battery box. I remember seeing this set in a catalog as a kid and wanting those long lights. But maybe some alteration of the lightbricks we see in some sets.
As awesome as some leg sets are — and they really are! These are road workers as you can guess. Posted December 28, edited.

If you turn this piece you can leg the feature from blinking to fixed light. Once i did the picture i realized that I forget the electric cable and some elements turnable and some working tools:.
